Order and Shipping Confirmation

Purchases are dispatched from our warehouse by reputed courier agencies. Please provide the following number of days from receipt of your order.

• For India orders – All domestic prepaid orders are processed within 2 working days, while COD orders take 3 working days to process as we personally verify the order to ensure a seamless process. Orders will be delivered within 3-7 working days upon confirmation. Delivery to low coverage or hard to reach locations may take between 10-12 business days.

• For International Orders – All international orders are processed within 3 business days.

You can expect delivery of the order within 10-15 working days.

Orders will be delivered in between

• 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday – Saturday. Except public holidays.

• Delivery of goods will need to be signed for. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative ie family member, colleague, neighbor etc. However haircareindia does not take any responsibility for goods signed by an alternate person.

• haircareindia is not responsible for damage after delivery.

• For any complaint regarding your order please contact Customer Care within 7 working days of your order delivery for resolution.

• Shipping and handling rates may vary depending on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other factors. Shipping and handling charges are provided at check out and customers will be informed of this prior to payment

Transportation charges

For orders from India:

• We ship products all over India. Shipping rates vary according to total cart value as follows:

For prepaid orders:

1. Above Rs. 1499, we have free shipping

For COD orders:

Below Rs. 10,000 – Rs. 98 is charged for shipping.

We have Rs. Above COD orders are not accepted. 10,000.

For international orders:

• We also ship internationally to all countries

• Shipping and handling rates vary based on shipping destination. After you provide a shipping address for your order you will see the final shipping and handling charges at checkout.

• All international orders may attract local duties in that country and customer has to pay locally accordingly.

Returns and Refund Policy

At haircareindia, we strive to give you the best possible shopping experience. However, considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept exchanges or returns of opened or used products once sold or delivered.

haircareindia is not responsible for any damages incurred after delivery.

If the product is received in damaged (broken, leaking or any other) condition, refund or replacement will be given only if reported within 24 hours from the time of delivery, with video proof of unboxing.

Return and exchange requests will be subject to investigation and verification by haircareindia.

Damages due to neglect, improper use or wrong application will not be covered under this policy.

Once your return request is accepted, the refund will be processed within 7 working days and the amount will be transferred via the same payment mode used when placing the order.

A refund is available if the order is canceled before you ship the order or within 24 hours of order placement, whichever is earlier. If accepted, it will be processed within 7 days. No refunds will be made after the order has been shipped.

No refunds will be made once the goods have been sold.
